Kristin Taylor - Office Manager
Kristin is a Western Michigan University graduate and has been part of the Ada Dental Co team since 2009. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, pets, reading, watching Manchester United soccer, and watching movies. Kristin’s goal is to make every patient feel like they’ve found their dental home.
Cristi Payton - Front Desk
Cristi received her associates degree from Davenport University and has worked in customer care since 1999. She joined the Ada Dental Co. team in 2022. In her spare time, Cristi finds joy in spending time with her husband, extended family and friends. She loves her dogs, reading, watching tennis, golf, and University of Michigan sports. She really enjoys welcoming patients to our office with a smile and providing a friendly experience. Making visitors to our office feel comfortable is her top priority.
Courtney Lynn - Dental Assistant
Courtney has been a valued member of Ada Dental Co., working side by side with Dr. Vogl, since 2015. She attended Lansing Community College and Montcalm Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Together they are usually driving the dirt roads in the side by side, hanging with family, and swimming at the pool. The thing she enjoys most about her job is seeing a patient’s reaction when they see their new smile.
Kim Schmidt - Dental Assistant
Kim joined Ada Dental Co. in December of 2019. In 2009, she graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Grand Rapids Community College. She has enjoyed working in the dental community and thinks it's a great feeling to be able to put a smile on someone's face. When Kim is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves kayaking, hiking and going up north.
Abby Lane - Registered Dental Hygienist
Abby attended Grand Rapids Community College where she received her RDH. She joined the team in 2024. Abby’s hobbies include hiking, camping, kayaking, baking, horseback riding, and farming. She enjoys being a mom most of all. Abby enjoys building relationships with her patients and educating them on the importance of their overall oral health. She has extensive experience and advanced training in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Although Abby has spent the majority of her career helping adults achieve optimal dental wellness, she is finding that her real passion is in providing care to children. Abby is excited to have a career that she loves and is grateful to be working with such an amazing team.
Tommia Frydrych-Pruitt - Registered Dental Hygienist
Tommia started with us in 2024 and brings a true passion for dental care. She graduated from Ferris State University in 2021 with an associate’s degree in Allied Health Sciences, focusing on Dental Hygiene, and officially began her career in 2022. Outside of work, Tommia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, baking, and indulging in a little shopping. She recently rescued an adorable puppy named Benny, and she loves taking him on long walks. Tommia is dedicated to educating her patients about the importance of oral hygiene and its impact on overall health. She strives to ensure every patient feels safe, comfortable, and leaves their appointment feeling better than when they came in.

McKenna Bazan - Registered Dental Hygienist
McKenna graduated from Kellogg Community College with her RDH in 2025. She enjoys forming a bond with all patients in her chair but especially loves working with children and the elderly. She's made it a goal to provide detail-oriented care and individualized education on oral hygiene and systemic connections. Her favorite part about being a RDH is helping patients feel comfortable during their appointment, creating a safe environment for questions and easing anxiety. Outside of work she enjoys golfing, being creative, boat days on Gun Lake and an array of spontaneous hobbies. You will also find her spending plenty of time with her family, friends, cats and two German Shepherds, Goose and Bear.
Alyssa Sydow - Registered Dental Hygienist
Alyssa is passionate about creating positive, comfortable dental experiences for every patient. She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College and has been working in the dental field since 2021, beginning her career as a surgical dental assistant with Dr. Vogl's husband at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Western Michigan. One of her favorite parts of being an RDH is building lasting relationships with patients and getting to see familiar faces every six months. As someone who personally experiences dental anxiety, she understands how important it is to feel heard, comfortable, and confident in the dental chair. She makes it a priority to create a judgement- free environment where patients feel at ease while recieving the personalized care they deserve.
Rubble - Office Therapy Dog
Rubble joined our team in 2026 after relocating from Indiana to pursue a promising career in dentistry. He currently resides with our hygienist, Abby, on a farm, where he spends his time running the property, supervising outdoor activities, and maintaining a rigorous nap schedule. At the office, Rubble specializes in pediatric patient relations and accepts payment exclusively in pets and compliments. His clinical interests include making nervous patients feel better, greeting children, and determining whether anyone nearby might have chicken. Outside of work, Rubble enjoys farm life, being adored by children, and chicken in all forms. His colleagues describe him as handsome, hardworking, and, objectively, the best boy.
Winnie - Summer Intern

Winnie joined the office in the summer of 2026 after relocating from Indiana and securing a highly competitive internship through her half-brother, Rubble. She currently lives with Dr. Vogl and is considerably smaller than Rubble, though she has not allowed this to affect her confidence. As our summer intern, Winnie is still learning the basics of professional conduct. Her training remains a work in progress, and her current responsibilities have been intentionally limited. Despite her lack of qualifications, she has proven to be exceptionally sweet and enthusiastic about coming to work. Outside the office, Winnie is an avid swimmer and firmly believes that any body of water is suitable for swimming, including lakes, puddles, and, unfortunately, her own water bowl. Her long-term career goals include following in Rubble’s footsteps as a therapy dog, improving her workplace manners, and eventually being trusted with more responsibility. For now, we’re just happy when she stays out of the water bowl.
